The Khmer Rouge trials case number 2 has started. Noun Chea, Ieng Sary, Ieng Thearith and Khieu Samphan, the four top surviving leaders of the Khmer Rouge are on trial for genocide.  Noun Chea has walked out of the trial 'refusing' to return until his own part of the case is being heard.
