With a rapidly growing population comes an increasingly younger population.? As these children grow into school age there is an increasing demand for school places.? ADB (Asian Development Bank) and the World Bank are trying to help the Government of Cambodia to build more schools.? Schools are obviously more about trained teachers than bricks and mortar, but given the very poor learning environments that many of the schools provide (no water and no toilets) this move should be applauded.
